STOCK BUILDING SUPPLY SIGNS AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE ASSETS OF NATIONAL HOME CENTERS, INC.

National Home Centers filed a voluntary petition for federal bankruptcy reorganization on December 8, 2009 and will submit the asset purchase agreement to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Arkansas for its approval. Stock intends to complete the transaction through a wholly-owned subsidiary no later than April 5, 2010.
